Australian Leisure & Hospitality Group (ALH) has announced a strategic partnership with FANZO, a digital platform that brings fans together in the best locations around the world.

Marking the first major milestone of this collaboration, ALH and FANZO are launching an AFL and NRL footy tipping competition in 2026 via the pub+ app.

The partnership combines the digital convenience of a top-tier tipping app with the unrivalled atmosphere of Australia’s local pubs. The collaboration aims to drive sports fans into venues by allowing them to set tips and track results on their phones, then redeem prizes and watch the live games with like-minded fans at their local.

The 2026 pub+ footy tipping competition features a free to enter major $100,000 national prize pool ($50,000 per code), alongside a new feature set designed to rival established digital platforms.

For the 2026 season, tippers can compete in three distinct formats:

● National League: Networked across 340+ pubs with a shot at the major $100k prize pool and weekly performance rewards.

● Venue Leagues: Localised competitions for regulars competing for venue-level prize pools.

● Private Leagues (New for 2026): A game-changing new feature that allows users to create custom leagues to compete directly against mates, blending the social rivalry of private tipping with the benefits of the pub ecosystem.

To celebrate the launch, ALH is offering an early bird prize - any participant who registers for the competition via the pub+ app before 9 February will be rewarded with a prize redeemable at their local ALH venue.
